Sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, Marian Manor provides the highest quality staff and services, continuing a long tradition of caring for the physical, spiritual, and intellectual needs of the whole person. We invite you to visit us and discover our specialized rehabilitation services, as well as our respite care, long-term residential care and pastoral care. Recommended visiting hours are 8am-8pm, however visitors are welcome 24/7. For all of our levels of care, residents are treated to amenities including, but not limited to:

Post-Acute Care

Whether you're recovering from surgery or a serious illness consider our post-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation services offered on our 27 bed short-term unit. Marian Manor prides itself on our rehab-to-home program, which allows individuals to receive inpatient therapy and skilled nursing services.  The focus is to allow individuals to safely return home and regain independent function in their homes.

Respite Care

Marian Manor's respite care program is an ideal option when an older loved one is feeling a bit under the weather, recuperating from minor surgery, or just needs a few days of rest, and requires around the clock supervision. A short stay also offers peace of mind for adult children serving as caregivers when they are away from their home.

Skilled Nursing

An array of skilled nursing services is provided at Marian Manor in a personalized manner, whether the patient is recuperating from a serious illness in our rehabilitation center or is a long term resident. Each individual care plan is developed by an interdepartmental care team, with input from the patient/resident and family.

Rest Home

Our Rest Home residents don’t need comprehensive nursing care, but they do benefit from the support of a helping hand. Residents enjoy delicious meals, benefit from medication management, and receive support and light housekeeping as needed.
